You have the right to request the deletion of your QROMO account and all associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to submit a deletion request:
Email us from the phone number or any contact address associated with your account. Include "Delete my account" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.

When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days:

Withdrawal transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable EU financial and anti-money-laundering regulations. These records do not contain your phone number after account deletion — only transaction amounts, timestamps, and wallet addresses.
If you want to delete specific data without closing your account (for example, clearing your scan history), you can request this by emailing contact@qromo.xyz and specifying which data you would like removed. We will assess your request in accordance with applicable data protection law.
